It's a small point but it could be worth adjusting the default template
to recommend normal severity.
Please note that this advice is also present on the website [0]. I can't
remember where, but I think I already read a rationale about it, stating
globally that a new translation, is “just” a new feature, and as such,
should be submitted as a wishlist.
I do believe that a wishlist severity is fine for translation bugs:
raising the priority won't make them be closed more quickly, while on
the other hand, NMU works, thanks Christian by the way for your untiring
work.
