[Po4a-devel] po4a 0.40 is out, let's open the gates for 0.40.1

Hello, I am very glad to announce that po4a 0.40 has been released as planned. Main changes are: * Fix failures "Unknown option: copyright-holder" * In Locale::Po4a::Man, let do_fonts() handle all font modifiers. * In Locale::Po4a::Man, add support for .TQ macro. * Fix strange warning message when file_in_name is empty with Text and Sgml modules. * New EXAMPLE section in po4a(1) * When po4a-gettextize fails, recode msgstr into current charset before printing it. And of course many thanks to translators who managed to update their translation with a very short notice. Several changes are in the pipe, English documentation is going to be improved, so translations will be fuzzy again, but next time there will be a real string freeze which will be 2 or 3 weeks long, so maybe it is better to not update PO files until the string freeze begins.
