Hello,
I'm done rewritting the documentation (I hope). So there is three
pages for you to review, please:
 - po4a.7: Introduction to the project

https://github.com/mquinson/po4a/blob/master/doc/po4a.7.pod

 - po4a: the doc of the all in one tool

https://github.com/mquinson/po4a/blob/master/po4a

 - po4a-gettexize: description of the gettextization process

https://github.com/mquinson/po4a/blob/master/po4a-gettextize
I plan to convert them into the PO files for translation tomorrow or
something.
Sorry for the extra burden it will induce for translators, but I
really hope that this brings an improvement for the users. I tried to
make the text clear and straightforward but still complete. More
compact, ie shorter so that more people will actually read the doc
without getting lost in the verbosity. I changed some paragraphs
trying to provide a formal specification (in particular regarding the
config file) to a list of examples that the users can use as starter
kits.
One TODO remains at the end of the po4a(1) page, because I'm not
convinced of the EXAMPLE section here.
I would really appreciate if you could help me improving this text
before we start translating it.
Thanks for your time,
Mt.
PS: I fear that I'm getting close to the end of my dev rush on po4a.
Several days of doc rewritting after 2 weeks of test writting start to
feel somewhat punitive :) But I do like the result, I think.

 Hello,

I just pushed a new version of po4a.7 and po4a-gettextize to the git.
Please comment. I don't convert it to the PO files before we agree on
the content to reduce the burden onto the translators.

If you prefer, you can come to the #po4a IRC channel of the OFTC
server to chat about it live.

 Thanks for your feedback,
 Mt.
