I would say that you are right, it seems that those font modifiers
are
not supported, here is a patch.
Thanks, so I guess that "\\f[BI]" tags are fine. Do you consider
applying this patch in an upcoming release of po4a ? If so, it could be
possible to work on schroot manual pages translations before Squeeze freeze.
Anyway schroot manual pages are really terrible because of all these
formatting macros; IMO the attached schroot.1.in is much nicer to
translators.
Thanks a lot, I will include such modification in a patch for #588962
and ask for similar changes into other manual pages.
