[Po4a-Devel] String freeze for translation; Release in one week

Hello friends, thanks to the hard work of Tobias and others, it is already time to release po4a again! Check the incoming load of changes here: https://github.com/mquinson/po4a/blob/master/NEWS As a result, we are now freezing the strings so that the translators can recomplete their translation before the release, that should occur in one week (until about 6/24). If you feel that this is too short for your translation work, please just speak up. We can definitely wait a bit more for better translations and less stress for everyone.
