If there is no objection, I would like to upload 0.19 ASAP, almost
all reported bugs have been fixed.
In order to give time to translators, please commit these changes first,
other items do not require l10n work.

The bug #300883 of the Alioth tracker (Man.pm needs a proper font stack)

One small question: why is utf_mode set?
Mostly because it was done this way in the other po4a-* commands.
Regarding the PO files. It seems it was done by Jordi (sorry about the
last update)
