[Po4a-devel]Version 0.16 is out

Hey dudes, I just released version 0.16. It can be downloaded from http://graal.ens-lyon.fr/~mquinson/deb.html#po4a if you don't use a debian box (poor of you), take the file po4a_0.16.orig.tar.gz, rename it to po4a-0.16.tar.gz, open it and install it the regular maner.
