I think that the following syntax should work:
[options] -M UTF-8 -L UTF-8 --master-language "fr" --verbose -o
"entry='lang tags categories'"
or maybe
[options] -M UTF-8 -L UTF-8 --master-language "fr" --verbose -o "entry=lang
tags categories"
