Simplified Chinese translation for po4a

dear all.
I'm not sure if I have join this mail list. I don't know how to join as there isn't a how-to on the website. I hope you can receive my email.
I found po4a when doing some translation, and found that there's not a complete Simplified Chinese translation for po4a, so I do the work. I create a project on transifex, a localization platform, see www.transifex.com/projects/p/po4a-translation. I wonder how could I see the final result? Where are the translation installed?

Hello,
I'm please to announce that I just released a new version of po4a,
right 6 months after the last one.
The most important change is certainly the new RubyDoc module,
contributed by Francesco Poli. Many many thanks to him, and long live
to the Ruby translation effort!
But this new version also contains a lot of good improvements,
contributed by many individuals. In addition, many used the new
Weblate interface to translate the program and documentation.

I hope to do another release by the end of the year at least, to keep
at two releases per year. I hope that the flow of patches will keep
up: if you want to improve something in po4a, now is the right time
for that :)

Texi support ?

I was just told on emacs-devel that it was possible to have po4a automatically add an appropriate @documentlanguage ll_CC directive in arbitrary texi files but could not find any reference to that in the documentation.
Could somebody clarify?
